On May 25, 2018 the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) will come into force, effecting all businesses with an online presence across the EU. This new European law effects how companies can use and store customers’ information for the purposes of online sales, email and postal marketing, and website use.

At Tagster, our customers’ security and privacy has always been of the utmost importance, and we have never shared any of our customers’ information with third parties, kept any information any longer than strictly necessary for individual transactions, or stored any personal financial information. Your contact information only is stored at Tagster Towers, where we can keep it safe on our own servers.

We also do our best not to send out too many emails, and try our best to keep any mail-outs to offers we genuinely think you’ll like, or our latest brochures.

But we DO need to check you still want to hear from us. So over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be sending out emails to all our customers, with the chance to “Opt-In” to further communications from us. You are also entitled to request a list of any information that we do have on you, and to delete any information that we do have.

Of course, we do hope you’ll stay on our contact lists, and stay in contact! You can also send us an email instead to say you’re happy to be on our mailing list. But if you have any questions about this, or anything else here at Tagster, we are always happy to hear from you at our Head Office:
